Target toy clearance and good target coupons...
Toy clearance at 75% off is started and the Holland store doesn't have a ton left, but you never know what you could find. Also if you look at the target.com coupons, there is one for 1$ off bic stationary. This can get you free Bic pens OR cheap (like 20 cents) mechanical pencils.
